X-Bows Nature Ergonomic Mechanical Keyboard
X-Bows' cross-linear design allows your wrists to sit at their natural angle while you type. Our key columns naturally align to the extension of your fingers. These combine to allow you to type more comfortably, for longer.
By moving the most frequently used modifier keys into the middle of the keyboard, we reduce how often you need to move your wrist while typing. This dramatically reduces fatigue over extended typing sessions.
Easy to Learn
X-Bows maintains the standard QWERTY arrangement, there is no need for you to memorize a different layout. Redundant modifier keys on the right side act as "training wheel" keys, which you can still fall back on.
New users have reported adjusting to the ergonomic design in under a week, some in as little as two days. We are confident this is one of the lowest learning curve ergonomic keyboards on the market.
We fret over every detail and material of X-Bows. The aluminum base plate creates a solid feel with minimal board flex. Rubber feet ensure the board won't slip during typing.
We use premium Gateron key switches that are rated to last for 100 million actuations. All of our keyboard models use hot-swappable optical switches for added longevity and customizability.
We use double-shot spherical OEM keycaps that have been custom made for X-Bows. These keycaps feel both smooth and solid and have a very comfortable natural indentation.
The supported driver software allows users to program macros, key remappings, and RGB light settings directly onto the X-Bows' onboard storage. Take your setup with you at all times! You can find the software here.
Gateron Optical Switches
We've chosen Gateron optical switches for their acclaimed feel and their best-in-market durability. Our switches are "hotswappable", meaning that they can be replaced without damaging the keyboard. You can completely customize your X-Bows with different switch tactility in different areas of the keyboard.
We currently carry 11 different variations of Gateron switches. Each has a different feel and sound when typing. Brown and Silent Brown have historically been our best sellers.
X-Bows protects against RSI
Usage injuries like RSI (Repetitive Strain Injury) and carpal tunnel syndrome are surprisingly common in computer programmers, gamers, and other people who spend long hours on their computers.
X-Bows' ergonomic design puts your hands in their most natural position. Your fingers and wrists can sit at more comfortable, natural, straight angles. This will improve your work efficiency as well as your overall comfort.

This keyboard is amazing. Feels great. However, the software to configure it, limits its potential. There should be, for example, options for what happens when you use function and any key, without which makes the function key useless. Also no way to program a sleep key or a non momentary layer swap. Egregious oversights.
I work on a keyboard all of the time. This creates a tendency towards carpal tunnel syndrome, and I wear the letters off keys in months. X-Bows takes a little practice to get used to, but it is worth it. After a few weeks of typing on an X-Bows keyboard, I liked it so well that I bought a second one for my work computer.
Keyboard is great! Definitely takes some time to get used to it but well worth it!
I bought the "nature" model (the cheaper one) with silent browns.
Overall very good. It took only a few days to get used to from low-profile standard keyboards. It's impressive how this ortholinear design became natural quickly, and now I can really feel how unergonomic the standard keyboards are.
I was surprised to see that the keycaps won't let the LEDs light under them through, they're just opaque. I would prefer a single color led with proper backlit keys rather than opaque keycaps with fancy (useless) RGB. The keycaps are pretty comfortable though, and easy to find under touch.
I would recommend the wrist rest too, it feels good and solid
Still learning the keyboard, my old keyboard had bigger keys or at least felt like it. So when my big hands would get sloppy or lazy typing they would slip and hit another it wouldn't be noticeable with my spelling errors. Which this one shows more, also the high sensitivity docent help...but i do like it. So that just adds to the learning curve.
Overall I like the keyboard, and plan to keep using it for a long time unless it breaks.
The only thing i might change or what to test is maybe make the keys on the left a tad longer in size since for gaming it can be as pain hitting the wrong key. Also the key spacing left to right should it be a hair closer? Sometimes it feels like they are spaced to far apart..but not sure if that is part of the learning curve.
overall very hsappy
