What are the dimensions of X-Bows?

We designed X-Bows so that it would fit into nearly any setup. The dimensions are:

Nature and Knight: 345mm x 137mm x 30mmKnight Plus: 415mm x 137mm x 30mm

How quiet is X-Bows? Can I use it in my office?

The switches you choose will determine how loud your X-Bows is. Blue switches are very loud. Alternatively, Silent Brown or Silent Red switches are perfect for an office and are around the same volume as laptop keys. 

Do I need to install any software to use X-Bows?

No, X-Bows is plug-and-play. For remapping, you can use our web-basedQMK software. Your IT department shouldn't have any problem with X-Bows because no 3rd party software needs to be installed on your computer. 

How can you tell if Caps Lock is on?

The backlighting behind the caps lock key will shine white when caps lock is activated. This will show no matter what other backlighting settings you may be using at the time. 

Will X-Bows work with Mac / Linux?

Yes! Our software is web-based, so it will work with any operating system.

How many key rollover does X-Bows support?

X-Bows supports N-Key rollover. For gaming, or very fast typing, this means that no matter how many keys you press simultaneously, none will ghost or go unrecorded.

Is X-Bows waterproof?

X-Bows is rated to withstand splashes and dust. However, it is not fully waterproof and we don't recommend that you intentionally get it wet. 

Can I replace the switches with another brand of switches?

Probably, yes. X-Bows uses hot-swappable 3-pin switches by Gateron. Most Cherry MX or Cherry MX clone switches (Gateron, Kailh, Outemu, Zeal, etc.) will work with X-Bows. 

Will the keyboard remember the customizations? For instance, could i go to a PC and configure the backlights, then use on my Mac with those same settings?

Yes. The key remapping settings are stored onto the keyboard's memory, so it will work across devices.

What size should I buy?

Can I cancel my order?

Certainly! You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Additionally, we offer a 60-day trial period during which you can return or cancel your purchase for free if you're not completely satisfied. This ensures you have ample time to experience the product and make a confident decision about keeping it. Please contact support@x-bows.com or use our live chat service to cancel your order.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

X-Bows ships globally, typically delivering orders to North America and Europe within 5-20 days via FedEx Express or Yun Express. Orders are processed within three days, and tracking information is provided upon shipment. Note that import duties and customs charges are subject to the recipient country's policies and are not controlled by us. For any special shipping needs, please contact us right after placing your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns. For more details, please visit our shipping policy page.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. All keyboards qualify for free shipping, while accessories are shipped free for orders over $60. For accessories orders under $60, shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.

What is the return policy?

X-Bows offers a 60-day free return policy for keyboards with unsolvable quality issues. If you encounter any problems, please contact us at support@x-bows.com to explore solutions or initiate a return for a replacement or refund. Returns for reasons other than quality must be made within 7 days of receipt and require the product to be in its original condition; associated shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Wrong items should be reported with an image and tracking number. Refunds are processed after receiving the returned product. Order cancellations are allowed before shipping; products shipped and returned for cancellation are at the customer's expense.
