  • Our keyboards are customized products. We do not accept a random return of products unless there is a quality issue which we cannot solve. If you do return the products randomly, we will not offer any refund.
  • We offer free return due to quality issues within 60 days of receiving your order. After 60 days, you are responsible for paying the cost to ship a return. You can write us an email at support@x-bows.com to report any quality issue and we will suggest solutions to you. If we feel that the issue needs to be checked by the tech team, we will inform you to return it and offer you a replacement product or refund you the money.
  • If you don't like our products and want to return them for a refund, you need to request it within 7 days after you receive them. For eligible returns, the item must be in the original condition as received, so we need you to send us the image of the product and the original packaging to check. And you are responsible for paying the shipping cost, tax and handling charges.
  • If you receive a wrong product that is not what you ordered, please provide an image of the product and send your tracking number. Email them to us at

Refunds
We offer refund/replacement only after we receive the returned product. It generally takes up to 7 business days for the refund to process. Refund will be processed, and automatically credited to your original form of payment, within a certain number of days.
Order Cancellations
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or processed. If you want to cancel a product that is already shipped out, you will have to reship the product back to us at your own expense in case you still do not want it. Once it goes out of our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order.
