No. This crowdfunding campaign is the only opportunity to design a fully custom keycap layout.

**At Retail:**

- ❌ Custom mold setup isn't economically viable

After backing the campaign:

1. You receive an order confirmation email (immediate)
2. We send the Discord invite link (within 24 hours)
3. Join X-Bows Discord server
4. We manually verify your order and assign your Founder role
5. You gain access to # spectra-founders' private channel

Your Discord role is permanent—it doesn't expire after the campaign ends.

Serial numbers are assigned in backing order:

You'll receive an email within 24-48 hours of backing confirming your serial number.

Your Founder's Mark keycap will be laser-etched with this number during production.

BEFORE MOLDS ARE CUT (Week 1-2): Full refund, no questions asked. Just contact us.

AFTER MOLDS ARE CUT (Week 3+): No refunds (we've spent the money on tooling specific to your order).

EXCEPTION: If we fail to deliver by [May 2026 + 90 days], you're entitled to a full refund.
