X-Bows ships globally. However, X-bows is not held liable if an incorrect address has been inputted by the customer and the item has missed expected delivery date.
A number of channels are used depending on where our customer is located. Shipping may be affected by stock availability and heavy order periods (e.g. holiday season).
To track your order, please provide a correct email address and contact telephone number at checkout.
Some countries require import duties / customs / handling charges. These are typically charged by the local shipping company upon arrival. We are not able to estimate or charge these fees in advance, nor do we have any control over them. These charges are unrelated to the shipping charge.
For uncollected goods, X-Bows will charge 30 USD to cover shipping and administration costs. X-Bows cannot be held liable for any costs or damages related to a delivery delay.
In the highly unlikely case that you are to receive a faulty product, you must let us know immediately.
The faulty product, along with all packaging can be exchanged for the same type of product (subject to availability).
Exchanges for the faulty item can be made within 14 days from the day of delivery. The exchange will be provided once the product has been sent back to us.
In the unlikely event that you may need to return your purchase, in order to deal with your return efficiently it is important that you read the following policy definitions and our returns procedure carefully.
You have 14 days after the date of delivery of your item(s) to exchange or refund the product.
The refund may only be accepted if the item is unused, unopened and maintains it's original seal / packaging.
You are responsible for the shipping and packaging of returned items safely back to X-Bows.
Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within 30 days of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that all returns will be assessed a 10% restocking fee regardless of the reason for return. This 10% restocking fee also applies to order cancellation. Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded, neither will shipping costs.

X-Bows warranties are only valid for the original purchaser of the product. The warranty is not transferable. We will be unable to help you without a valid proof of purchase (e.g. original receipt).
In the unlikely case you should receive a faulty product, we will replace faulty product free of charge during the 1 year warranty period. This period starts from the original purchase date and is not renewed if the product is replaced or sold.
What is not covered under warranty:
- Defects caused by any kind of usage that is not attributed to the manufacturing process.
- Use or positioning of the product that may facilitate wear and tear/damage causing malfunction or inability to use the product to its full capability.
The warranty is voided if any of the following occur:
- The product is disassembled/opened
- The product is modified in any way
- The product is repaired by a party other than X-Bows
- The seal is broken
- Liquid damage of any kind
X-Bows will receive your information via our Shopify e-commerce store. In order to successfully complete your order and get you your products, we need the following information:
- First and last name
- Billing and shipping address
- Email address
- Contact telephone number
- Bank Details*
*We do not see your card information but only a hash token provided to us via Paypal to validate the transaction. You will have to refer to the payment method’s website to view their GDPR compliance policy.
Upon acceptance of payment, we send your details to our logistics side. This includes our warehouse, international and national carrier. Your information has to pass through these hands in order to successfully complete the contract of sale.
X-Bows will under no circumstance sell your information to another party. Your information is only processed by those within our chain to get you your items.
The customer is responsible for paying VAT/Sales tax and/or duty when you purchase from our webshop. X-Bows reserves the right to adjust pricing without further notice.
X-Bows only uses Paypal for online payments.
