What is the shipping policy?
X-Bows ships globally, typically delivering orders to North America and Europe within 5-20 days via FedEx Express or Yun Express. Orders are processed within three days, and tracking information is provided upon shipment. Note that import duties and customs charges are subject to the recipient country's policies and are not controlled by us. Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. All keyboards qualify for free shipping, while accessories are shipped free for orders over $60. For accessories orders under $60, shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout.
What is the return policy?
X-Bows offers a 60-day free return policy for keyboards with unsolvable quality issues. If you encounter any problems, please contact us atsupport@x-bows.comto explore solutions or initiate a return for a replacement or refund. Returns for reasons other than quality must be made within 7 days of receipt and require the product to be in its original condition; associated shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Wrong items should be reported with an image and tracking number. Refunds are processed after receiving the returned product. Order cancellations are allowed before shipping; products shipped and returned for cancellation are at the customer's expense.
