Troubleshooting
- If the computer has USB-A ports, better directly connect the keyboard to computer without a USB hub or KVM.
- If the computer doesn't have USB-A port, disconnect other devices from the USB hub, to make sure the keyboard can draw the full power out of the USB port.
- Restart the computer
- Verify the USB port is good by connecting another keyboard to the USB port and that keyboard works well. If no another keyboard, connect the mobile phone and test that files can be copied to computer.
- Connect the X-Bows keyboard to that USB port with the original X-Bows USB cable which has 8mm extra long tip.
- Try both the black USB 2.0 port and blue USB 3.0 port if available.
If still not work, please send a video to support@x-bows.com including above steps.

- If it's X-Bows Lite keyboard, press key combination Fn+up and Fn+down to see whether it changes the backlight brightness.
- If it's X-Bows nature/knight/knight plus keyboard V3 running QMK firmware, press key combination Fn+W and Fn+S to see whether it changes the RGB LED brightness.
For example key A has repeat keystrokes while key S doesn't.
If it's X-Bows nature/knight/knight plus V2 (Gateron optical switch version), or V3 (Gateron mechanical switch version running QMK firmware), the switches are hot-swappable. Try to exchange their switches to see whether key A still has repeat keystrokes.
If issue is fixed, buy some new switches and replace it.
If it's X-Bows lite or nature V1 (kickstarter user), the switches are NOT hot-swappable. Some solder tools are required to desolder the key switches.
Please follow below steps to take a video and send to support@x-bows.com.
