X-Bows  offers global shipping.

Following shipment, a tracking code will be sent to your email.
To ensure a seamless delivery tracking experience, verify the accuracy of your email address and contact number upon checkout.

If you ordered everything are in-stocked it usually takes us 1-3 days to prepare，and delivered within 7 to 12 business days, depending on your country and exact location.

If you order a Group Purchase/Pre-Sale product in your order.  Delivery on the expected date is what we want.
However, the delay will often occur, Usually the normal delivery range of Group Purchase/Pre-Sale  orders is 2-15 months.

Be advised that certain destinations might levy additional costs like import duties and customs fees,  Regrettably, X-Bows has no ability to forecast or influence these fees.

If the package is returned or destroyed by the Courier company due to the recipient's failure to reply to the mail or phone call of the local delivery personnel, X-Bows will not accept refund requests.
