Shipping Policy

X-Bows ships globally. In most cases, we use FedEx express/ Yun express to ship our packages. Packages take 5-20 days to arrive to most of North America and Europe.

Shipments are fulfilled from our manufacturing facility within 3 days of the order being placed. Customers will then be notified with a tracking code. In order to track your order, please provide a valid email address and contact telephone number at checkout.

FedEx express shipping is able to avoid most import duties / customs. However, how these charges are applied are at the discretion of the recipient country and cannot always be avoided. We are not able to estimate or charge these fees in advance, nor do we have any control over them. 

X-Bows cannot be held liable if an incorrect address has been input by the customer and the item has missed the expected delivery date.

If you have any special shipping requirements, please alert us to them immediately after placing your order. We will do everything we can to accommodate.
