- The keyboard doesn't power on
If the computer has USB-A ports, better connect the keyboard to the computer without a USB hub or KVM.
If the computer doesn't have USB-A port, disconnect other devices from the USB hub to make sure the keyboard can draw the full power out of the USB port.
Restart the computer
Verify the USB port is good by connecting another keyboard to the USB port, and that keyboard works well. If no other keyboard, connect the mobile phone and test that files can be copied to the computer.
Connect the X-Bows keyboard to that USB port with the original X-Bows USB cable, which has 8mm extra-long tip.
Try both the black USB 2.0 port and the blue USB 3.0 port if available.
If it still does not work, please send a video to support@x-bows.com including the above steps.

- Many keys have repeat keystrokes
For example, tap the A key, get aa or aaa, and it happens on many keys.
If the computer system is Windows, follow the GIF below to adjust the repeat delay and repeat rate.
If the computer system is macOS, go to the Apple menu - System Preferences - Keyboard - Keyboard to adjust.
- One Key has repeat keystrokes or doesn't send keystrokes sometimes
For example, key A has repeat keystrokes while key S doesn't.
If it's X-Bows nature/knight/knight plus V2 (Gateron optical switch version), or V3 (Gateron mechanical switch version running QMK firmware), the switches are hot-swappable. Try to exchange their switches to see whether key A still has repeat keystrokes.
If the issue is fixed, buy some new switches and replace them.
If it's X-Bows Lite or Nature V1 (Kickstarter user), the switches are NOT hot-swappable. Some solder tools are required to desolder the key switches.
