Survey Overview
Between March 6 and April 17, 2024, X-Bows collected 364 completed responses through a Typeform customer experience survey.
For this analysis, we focused on respondents who reported using an X-Bows keyboard.
Of the 364 respondents, 265 reported using X-Bows, 96 selected “I do not use one,” and three did not answer the keyboard-usage question.
The primary analysis therefore includes 265 self-reported X-Bows users. Each outcome uses the number of applicable responses to that specific question as its denominator.

Survey Methodology
Survey period: March 6–April 17, 2024
Survey platform: Typeform
Total completed responses: 364
Primary analysis group: 265 respondents who reported using an X-Bows keyboard
Eligibility: Respondents selecting “I do not use one” or leaving the keyboard-usage question blank were excluded from the primary analysis.
Symptom-change analysis: Excludes responses marked not applicable and unanswered records.
Adaptation analysis: Includes respondents who reported still adapting.
Calculation: Descriptive counts and percentages, rounded to one decimal place.
Interpretation and Limitations
These results describe the experiences of survey respondents who reported using an X-Bows keyboard.
The survey relied on self-reported information and was not a randomized or controlled clinical trial.
Respondents' diagnoses, keyboard ownership, symptom changes, and typing performance were not independently verified.
The survey did not directly measure wrist deviation, carpal tunnel pressure, or changes in typing speed.
Participation may have been affected by voluntary-response or selection bias. The results should not be assumed to represent all X-Bows customers.
The symptom-change question reflects respondents' reported experiences since using X-Bows; the survey did not establish a consistent follow-up duration for all respondents.
These findings complement—but do not replace—published biomechanical research and product-specific testing.
